Services / Support and Maintenance
Technical Support and Maintenance. Technical and specialized assistance of e-Delphyn software. This assistance covers all incidents related to e-Delphyn: circuit work settings, variants of operation, advanced queries, etc..) and analysis and data integrity. This area develops the impact analysis and the propagation of change. It will also be responsible for carrying out the maintenance (preventive, corrective, adaptive, perfective) in our suite, according to working procedures and arrangements specified in the framework of provided services. To sum up, our projects offer multiple possibilities: supporting presence for the client, virtual support, hot-line services, 24x7 support and others, relying on cutting-edge technology infrastructure to serve our customers. Under this heading, the service of maintaining the developed software based on our criteria of quality software is included, customized to the service agreements with our clients.
