e-Delphyn LIS is the definitively Software Solution for the whole management of private and public Clinical Laboratories. The internal layout of the laboratory includes integrated networks and advanced interoperability orchestrated by the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Our software covers all processes that are performed in any clinical laboratory analysis module: pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical management; reports, self-analyzing integration and Quality Control, QC, etc. It also offers specific functionality for each section of the Laboratory: Haematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, etc.

  • Functionalities:
    • Patient Requests. This module allows users a unified register of all received order forms, with patient data, sample data and requested analytical tests for each one. Users can request any type of analytical test: Biochemistry; Haematology; Coagulation; Hormones; Immunology; Microbiology; Serology; Cytology; Histology; Etc.

    • Patient Phlebotomy. This module allows users to introduce all details regarding the phlebotomy process, such as specific conditions to the patients, previous episodes, etc.

    • Laboratory Testing for Patient Samples. This module allows users to introduce all test results.

    • Patient Reports. This module allows users the possibility of automatic validation according to each user's validation criteria. Secondly, this module allows users to print all patient reports according to a specific period of time and patient features (validated, non-validated, with results out of any test reference value, etc).

    • Statistics. The System offers a module to obtain any kind of report regarding the information stored by the user.

    In addition we offer software for Anatomy Pathology Laboratories. This system is a flexible tool for Private and Public Anatomic Pathology Laboratory data management, enabling a complete computerization of all their activities, allowing them to register all information regarding the following studies: Biopsies, Punctures, Gynaecological - Non Gynaecological Cytology, Autopsies, etc. and other studies that users want to set up in the System (Electronic Microscopy,.). The System allows different order form numbers for each kind of Study.

  • Easy to Use. e-Delphyn Blood Bank offers pull down menus with options for each and every one of the processes carried out by any Blood Bank, thanks to its intuitiveness and user-friendliness, it is easily adaptable for users needs.

  • Security. Access to all options is controlled by personal encrypted passwords. Usage of LDAP systems; up to three different access levels are available for each option; all actions taken by users keep recorded, it includes validation rules for donations and compatibility rules for transfusions. All of these rules can be established by the user.
