The implementation process includes the tasks for the installation and configuration of the e-Delphyn Suite so that, at the end of this phase, the system is custom-tailored to the specific characteristics of users.
Our methodology of the implementation process is divided into:
  • Definition of the Implementation Plan

  • Implementation: Pre-production environment, testing and acceptance, training, production.
The objective of the definition of the implementation process is to obtain and analyze all the necessary information for the efficient preparation and sizing of the implementation plan. The development of the implementation plan will be achieved by the implementation of the information system according to the plans established for that objective in accordance with the work plan.

Main issues in the implementation process:
  • Strict monitoring of the tasks. Quality management is present in all the processes through our continuous improvement loop.

  • Experienced human resources for the implementation.

  • Documentation defined as the set of documents generated during the implementation. It will allow project managers to have all the knowledge about the support and maintenance team with maximum efficiency and safety.
